What is the Neli Talent Incubator program?
The Neli Talent Incubator is like a start-up incubator program, but for Talent leaders instead of start-up founders.
It’s a structured program to develop future-focused IT skills, knowledge and confidence.
Held over a six-year period with expert mentor support between sessions, you’ll work together to build real-world software products. Participants should expect to spend a half-day a month in facilitated sessions with peers and mentors, in addition to online coaching and advice sessions.
